Your responsibilities:

ERP and PDM Systems

Responsible for the operation of the ERP system UniPPS and the PDM system Pro.File
Installation, configuration, and maintenance of clients and servers
Administration of user and group permissions
User support and conducting training sessions
Development and implementation of solutions and optimization proposals for ERP and PDM systems
Analysis and resolution of technical issues
Close cooperation with the system vendor in case of problems
Testing and installation of updates, verifying proper system function after updates
Database queries (IBM Informix or Microsoft SQL) and system monitoring
Regular review of data and deriving actions, e.g., training measures
Development of ERP and PDM guidelines
Technical leadership for ERP and PDM projects
Collaboration with Departments
Development of processes together with business units and implementation in ERP/PDM systems
Coordination of special functions in cooperation with departments and system vendor
Evaluation of special functions with regard to company-wide processes and economic efficiency

Your profile:

Completed education or degree in IT or related field
Ideally, first professional experience in a relevant area or at least 2 years of IT experience
Experience in administration of ERP and/or PDM systems is a plus
Independent and structured working style
Exceptional self-motivation, resilience, and commitment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good knowledge of database applications
Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset
