Your responsibilities:

 

ERP and PDM Systems

  • Responsible for the operation of the ERP system UniPPS and the PDM system Pro.File
  • Installation, configuration, and maintenance of clients and servers
  • Administration of user and group permissions
  • User support and conducting training sessions
  • Development and implementation of solutions and optimization proposals for ERP and PDM systems
  • Analysis and resolution of technical issues
  • Close cooperation with the system vendor in case of problems
  • Testing and installation of updates, verifying proper system function after updates
  • Database queries (IBM Informix or Microsoft SQL) and system monitoring
  • Regular review of data and deriving actions, e.g., training measures
  • Development of ERP and PDM guidelines
  • Technical leadership for ERP and PDM projects
  • Collaboration with Departments
  • Development of processes together with business units and implementation in ERP/PDM systems
  • Coordination of special functions in cooperation with departments and system vendor
  • Evaluation of special functions with regard to company-wide processes and economic efficiency

Your profile:

  • Completed education or degree in IT or related field
  • Ideally, first professional experience in a relevant area or at least 2 years of IT experience
  • Experience in administration of ERP and/or PDM systems is a plus
  • Independent and structured working style
  • Exceptional self-motivation, resilience, and commitment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good knowledge of database applications
  • Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset
