Existing trolleys can be quickly and affordably retrofitted with a clamp-on adapter – no need for new frames or redesigns.
Thanks to the dual ball-head coupling on the ConTrax® Module One AGV, the system easily compensates for minor misalignments, ensuring smooth and reliable connections.
The transport trolleys’ variable heights are easily accommodated by the AGV’s integrated lift unit, which ensures ramp-capable operation even on uneven surfaces.
Trolleys with two fixed casters can still move omnidirectionally. A gentle lift allows full freedom of movement, even in tight spaces.
A vision system detects the adapter location so the AGV can safely dock with imprecisely parked trolleys. There's no need for fixed floor markings or positioning guides.
