Your responsibilities:
- Handling and processing support requests from internal employees via phone, e-mail, and ticketing system
- Installation, relocation, and provisioning of hardware at the user’s workstation
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of IT support processes
- After onboarding, potential responsibility for ERP and PDM systems (testing patches, acting as internal interface to external service providers for support inquiries)
Your profile:
- Completed IT training or comparable qualification
- Independent and structured working style
- High self-motivation, resilience, and commitment
- Excellent communication skills and strong team orientation
- Basic experience with SQL databases
- Basic knowledge of virtualization and server systems
- Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
