Welcome to the BÄR team!

On September 1, 2025, it was that time again: BÄR Automation welcomed six new trainees who are starting their professional careers with great enthusiasm, fresh ideas, and a lot of motivation.

The new team members are beginning their training in various technical and commercial areas and will actively contribute to the further development of our projects in the coming years. In doing so, they will not only learn about modern processes in intralogistics and automation, but also experience first-hand how innovative technologies are used in practice.

At BÄR Automation, we attach great importance to practical and versatile training. Our goal is to specifically promote young talent and offer them the best conditions for a successful career in an innovative, international environment.
